Improvement Expert Training
Process
Improvement Experts are taught to be practitioners of lean manufacturing
concepts, systems and applications over a five-month period. During the process, individuals will participate
in formal classroom training for six full days in the first two weeks, followed
by sixteen hours of additional training every other week for the duration of
the project. These individuals will
actively work on projects between training sessions. This program is designed to provide students with both a
technical and practical foundation for improving business processes. Major
features of this training program are:
