Kaizen Training / Continuous Improvement

 

In this seven-day program our Kaizen engineers train your team to apply the philosophy and techniques of continuous improvement at the job site.  Participants have the opportunity to experience firsthand the use and benefits of Kaizen methodology.  They also learn how to identify wasteful practices and continuously improve work methods.  The program emphasizes hands-on experience and includes presentations, group discussion and exercises.
