Master Training

Created as the next developmental stage beyond Process Improvement Experts, the Master Training Program advances your "best and brightest".  Individuals selected will enter a rigorous one-year program during which time they will broaden their knowledge base, sharpen their teaching and mentoring skills, and develop their leadership skills.  Individuals successfully completing the Master Training Program will be groomed to replace our experts, and continue the Process Improvement Program.

 

 

The Master Training Program provides a guide for the transformation process.  Individuals will be trained in the following areas:

 

1.     Getting started

2.     Managing the transformation

a)    Ending:  Determining specifically how people’s behavior and attitudes will need to change in the new scheme of things.

b)    Neutral Zone:  Being aware of the hazards such as anxieties rising and motivations falling    old weaknesses and past resentments resurfacing.

c)    New Beginning:  Being able to serve as coaches to indirectly influence rather than demand desired behavior.

4.     Understanding and identifying the company culture

5.     Forms of company culture

6.     Linking corporate culture and manufacturing strategies

7.     Implementing cultural change

8.     Identifying organizational structure to support a transformation
